Job Summary

This individual is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Category Team. The Pricing & Product Data Intern reports directly to the Pricing & Product Data Manager.

Schedule

On-site Corporate Office Menomonee Falls WI | Full-Time 40 hours/week | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm schedule may vary based on business needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize product data from suppliers and or internal data sources
  • Upload and maintain product information in company databases
  • Work with suppliers and Category Managers to keep pricing and data accurate
  • Build and update Excel pricing templates based on supplier changes
  • Help resolve supplier cost discrepancies with the Purchasing team
  • Support the Category and POD teams with pricing files and contracts
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Requires good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel

Working Environment

  • Work is performed in an office environment
  • Noise level is moderate

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear; occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds while moving files, small packages.
