Atlassian’s Intern Program combines hands‑on training, professional growth opportunities, mentorship, and the chance to work with innovative technologies like AI that are shaping the future of product management. This role is located in the Pacific Time Zone. You must be willing and able to work out of this time zone to qualify.

This position is not eligible for F1 and J1 students. It is not available for any work sponsorship.

Your Future Team

From day one, you’ll work with product, design, and engineering teams on problems that matter to customers. You’ll speak with customers and partners, turn what you learn into practical next steps, and help write clear plans for new features. You’ll research competitors and emerging AI tools, identify new product opportunities, and build prototypes to explore possible solutions. Along the way, you’ll gain experience across different parts of product work and help design innovative solutions to the challenges our customers care about most.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated interest in analyzing technology products, customer needs, and market dynamics

  • Interest in translating customer insights into actionable outputs for engineering teams

  • Interest or experience applying AI to improve product functionality and user experience

  • Ability to consider multiple perspectives, including those of customers and development teams

Eligibility requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time in a technical degree program and returning to the program after the internship, with expected graduation by June 2028

  • Available to work a full‑time internship schedule of 40 hours per week

Compensation

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $51/hr - $57/hr

Zone B: $46/hr - $51/hr

Zone C: $42/hr - $47/hr
