Product development in handbags involves the process of designing, creating, and launching new handbag products. This includes researching trends, selecting materials, creating prototypes, and working closely with designers, manufacturers, and marketing teams to bring a handbag from concept to finished product. The goal is to create handbags that meet both market demand and brand standards while managing costs and timelines effectively.

What are some common challenges faced in a Product Development Handbags role, and how can they be effectively managed?
