About the Role
A well-known retail apparel brand is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to support its Product Development team on a project-based contract. This is a great fit for someone early in their product career, including recent graduates, who is organized, detail-driven, and excited to work behind the scenes on how product comes to life.
You will be the go-to person for development details, keeping timelines, sample tracking, and vendor communication moving. Expect a mix of system and data work, sample handling, and cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the development of prototype products and monitor the overall development process for the product line
  • Act as the point of contact on development details with vendor partners
  • Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts
  • Manage the workflow of weekly updates so composites stay current for vendors, production, technical design, and merchandising
  • Track development milestones to make sure execution stays within timeframes
  • Communicate design development details clearly across teams
  • Support sample management and data entry in product systems as needed

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
