Summary: The Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., Quality Process & Product Development Coordinator supports the Quality Assurance Director by planning, organizing, and executing cross‑departmental initiatives related to process development, product improvement, and project coordination. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Process & Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate special projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings, track progress, and prepare detailed status reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and support corrective/preventative actions.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements.

2. Process & Procedure Development

  • Participate in the creation and improvement of procedures, work instructions, and operational workflows.
  • Support daily process management and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Assist in developing standardized documentation to enhance quality and efficiency.

3. Quality & Compliance Support

  • Monitor performance metrics and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Support ISO compliance activities across all business units.
  • Ensure adherence to ITAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Provide clear communication, updates, and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree for Engineering or Project Management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of product/project coordination, administrative, or operations experience.
  • Deep product knowledge on both Commercial and Military armor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Legal Requirement: Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with federal contracting regulations. Must be a US person as defined by ITAR.
  • Language Proficiency: All candidates must be fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a professional level. Spanish fluency is beneficial.
