A little about the position:

Job Summary:  

Responsible for the production of vinyl liners and pool covers.  May be responsible for Cutting, Cross Seaming, webbing or stitching.  

Production Associate 

 Some of What You Will Do:

  • Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
  • Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks. 
  • Manufacturing such as heat-seal welding, kit-building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing encouraged, but not necessary.
  • Be punctual and detail-oriented.
  • Use power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines.

Some of What You Will Do:

 Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components like thermoformed steps, structural foam molding of polymer panels, etc. 

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

 0-3 years' experience in manufacturing and/or production 

  • 0-3 years' experience in machine operation of semi-automated machines, and the use of hand tools.
  • Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one's hands.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, MUST BE able to lift up to 50 lbs.
