As a Business Development Associate I, you will:
Support the sales process, including lead generation and qualification, RFP response, in-person/virtual presentations, contract development and transition to the Account Management Team.
Provide account management support for company clients, ensuring their needs are met across various sizes, industries, and geographic locations.
Manage digital marketing efforts to enhance online engagement and brand visibility, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and HubSpot.
Create and implement innovative business development and marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services to target audiences.
Collaborate with the Director of LifeWork Strategies and Account Management Team to bring new services to market, based on competitor trends/analysis, customer feedback and/or identified service gaps.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Oversee the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking of leads, and effective use of the system to support sales initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships to create a robust referral network for LifeWork Strategies/Employee Health Services.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential clients, providing actionable insights to the team.
Qualifications include:
B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university in a business, marketing, healthcare, or related field of study required.
Minimum 1-2 years' relevant work experience in business development, healthcare management, public relations and/or marketing.
Advanced knowledge and experience with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM
Proficient PC skills: Windows, Internet, E-mail

Work Schedule:

Employment Type: Full-time
Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday
Shift Type: Day Shift

Pay Range:

$63,510.88 - $92,090.78
