Job description

Job Duties: Associate, Product Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Work with project sponsors and key stakeholders to establish a clear product strategy and road map in line with overall product vision and broader Compliance Engineering objectives. Conduct user research, including current state assessments, job shadowing and requirements gathering. Rationalize user requirements across a broad cross section of business functions and translate those requirements to "user stories" for delivery by the development teams. Manage sprint execution and product launches. Communicate with key stakeholders on progress of the product. Coordinate the flow and prioritization of requests from all stakeholders and product backlog. Sign off on all functional delivery prior to production release. Understand and manage impact across integrated applications. Maintain connectivity with the user community, monitor usage of the product post-launch and validate product performance.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems/Technology, or related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems/Technology, or related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with: performing product management activities across the full product lifecycle, including initial analysis and requirements gathering with users, functional design, development coordination, QA (quality assurance) testing, and production release; driving product vision, design, and launch strategy as part of product management functions; coordinating activities across functions to support product delivery, including applying knowledge of product management, engineering, user experience, and user research in the development and enhancement of technology products; and preparing and presenting written and verbal communications, including documentation and stakeholder updates related to product requirements and development activities.
