Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Assistant / Product Coordinator to support the Design team across multiple apparel brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the fashion industry while gaining exposure to the product development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

This role will provide administrative, organizational, and product support to the Design team and work closely with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, and overseas vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Design team with daily administrative and organizational support

• Help track samples, approvals, and seasonal development timelines

• Organize and maintain sample closets, seasonal racks, design boards, and product libraries

• Receive, unpack, tag, steam, organize, and ship samples as needed

• Update spreadsheets, WIP reports, seasonal trackers, and PLM systems with product information

• Prepare materials for fittings, meetings, presentations, and internal reviews

• Assist with maintaining tech packs, color approvals, trims, artwork, and development files

• Coordinate messenger requests, FedEx shipments, and sample trafficking

• Support communication with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, and overseas vendors

• Assist with fabric, trim, and sample organization across multiple brands and categories

• Help ensure seasonal organization, accuracy, and timely follow-up on outstanding items
