Responsibilities:Product Design & UX
  • Design intuitive workflows across budgeting, grants, reporting, analytics, and AI agents.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished user experiences.
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
  • Own design systems and UX standards.
Growth & Adoption
  • Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Design in-product growth loops and expansion opportunities.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify friction points.
Product Management
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Prioritize roadmap opportunities with engineering leadership.
  • Write product specs and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate releases and feature launches.
AI-Powered Execution
  • Leverage AI tools to dramatically increase productivity.
