You'll be part of the Activity Experiences Digital Product Design team, responsible for Nike's Run Club (NRC) and Training Club (NTC) apps-shaping digital experiences that help athletes* start, stay motivated, and achieve their goals-as well as the technology experiences powering our world-class Nike Sport Research Lab. With a sharp focus on athlete* needs, this team powers stronger, healthier and happier bodies and minds. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, data science, marketing, sport experts, trainers, coaches, and cross-functional business partners to craft a new digital fitness offering, pioneering Nike's next big competitive advantage.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You live and breathe sport. You're known for your well-honed design craft and ability to navigate teams through high-visibility initiatives. You're the glue between the design team and cross-functional counterparts. You lead projects, solving design challenges while inspiring others through your work and collaboration. You're also growing your leadership skills by being a mentor to other designers.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual, UX/UI, and prototyping
  • Proven experience delivering consumer-facing product experiences that improve onboarding, habit formation, personalization, motivation, community, content discovery, and/or activity tracking.
  • Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data science, experimentation and execution (expert in one or more areas)
  • Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise and design approach
  • Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process
  • Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers
  • Experience working with consumer research and data
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills - providing accurate estimations and often helping the team deliver early
  • Ability to influence or create design patterns or standards that are adopted by other teams
  • Highly proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Cursor and Figma
