As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented Product Managers, Product Owners, Service Designers, Customer Experience professionals, and Digital Transformation leaders to support future Federal initiatives.


Position Overview

We're seeking professionals who excel at turning customer needs into scalable products and services. This talent community supports future opportunities leading product strategy, customer discovery, service design, platform adoption, Agile delivery, and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and data platforms.


What You'll Do

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization.
  • Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and user research.
  • Design customer journeys, service blueprints, and operational workflows.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, roadmap reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Develop business cases, adoption strategies, and executive communications.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, AI/ML, governance, and business teams.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, Design, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Experience gathering business and user requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery activities.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations when developing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
