Your Contribution:

As a Production Assembly Intern (HVAC Area), you will support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with assembly processes, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will gain hands-on experience in a production environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Assist with HVAC product assembly processes, ensuring adherence to work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards. 

  • Support production teams in monitoring workflow, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing to process improvements. 

  • Participate in problem-solving activities related to assembly issues, defects, and process deviations. 

  • Help maintain organized workstations using 5S principles and support standardization of assembly procedures. 

  • Track production output and assist in reporting on performance metrics such as throughput, downtime, and quality. 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. 

  • Interest in manufacturing, production operations, or mechanical systems. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. 

  • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment with physical and environmental demands.
