Job description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all efficient daily operations of the branch including lending, product sales, customer service, employee supervision, and ensuring that safety and compliance are in line with the company?s standards. The Branch Manager will also facilitate new loan business by providing a superior level of staff training through guidance and leadership.

The primary focus of this position is to drive revenue, increase profit before taxes, and manage risk within the branch. Job functions also include maintaining a superior and consistent level of client service, developing cohesive teams, providing consistent leadership, and assuming accountability for the Branch?s results.

  • Maintain communication between the branch and the corporate managers by creating daily, weekly and monthly reports on the branch?s operational activities.
  • Ensure that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Train staff to achieve branch goals.
  • Meet target office metrics including number of transactions, sales volume, loan volume, etc.
  • Recruit new employees; Assist in hiring process and onboarding of new employees.
  • Monitor quality of service provided by employees to maximize their opportunities to sell products and maintain quality production standards.
  • Deliver clear and consistent feedback to all branch employees.
  • Manage branch employee daily performance and provide frequent feedback.
