Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Produce Department with a focus on freshness, quality, and customer service

  • Deliver knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure associates demonstrate strong product knowledge

  • Execute corporate merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays

  • Maintain full, fresh, clean, and visually appealing produce displays at all times

  • Manage product rotation, remove damaged or unsellable items, and maintain freshness standards

  • Order, receive, inspect, and store product following food safety and rotation guidelines

  • Manage shrink through inventory controls, root‑cause identification, and waste‑reduction strategies
