PRODUCE CLERK
Produce Clerks are responsible for assisting the produce manager with tasks including, filling, culling, and rotating produce. Produce Clerks will also be responsible for wrapping, packaging, cutting, and general preparation of produce. Produce Clerks are expected to help Produce Managers maintain a full, fresh, and clean produce department. While Produce Clerks will occasionally work alone to maintain good produce department conditions on the Produce Manager's off days, vacation, or sick days, the Clerk is also expected to work closely with the Produce Manager on other days to learn all other aspect of running a produce department. This will prepare the Produce Clerk for a future position in management.
