Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Reports To: Project Manager

Description / Scope / Mission
Support the Project Manager in coordinating the D&I projects to ensure the achievement in terms of project time, quality, and cost objectives in line with the customer expectations and the regulatory requirements (FDA cGMP, BRCGS Consumer Products standard, ISO9001 standard).
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
  1. Manages and coordinates the projects activities assigned by the Project Manager.
  2. Coordinate the trial runs, customer visits support, preparing documentation for project support both for internal and external usage.
  3. Coordination and supporting where needed with suppliers (material and process) factory visits, technical meetings and generic activities follow up.
  4. Will act as Project Manager back up in all the activities assigned by the manager in their absence.
  5. Participate in internal project meetings and execute and keep track of assigned tasks of the action list and next steps.
  6. Maybe required to develop technical documentation: specifications, produce technical datasheets, project charters.
  7. Assist with coordinating and completing the project and, to this end, performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. May be responsible for more than one project at a time.
  8. The Associate Project Manager will have the right attitude to exercise a wide degree of creativity in performing this role.
  9. Can be assigned as main technical contact for specific customers, supporting the Group in understanding the client needs which can be essential for a good relationship and for the development of potential new businesses. To this end, follows the activities with supplier, such as factory visit/audit and technical meetings/conferences to discuss the client needs.
  10. Assists with coordinating the specific activities in the project timeline, according to the project status with all department inside the company.

Education / Certification / Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience, technical background, Chemistry background a plus.

Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing in a leadership role coordinating activities. Good communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Project management a plus. Fluent spoken and written English and problem solving and teamwork. Good knowledge of MS Project/ MS Office/ MS Excel, SAP. Knowledge of MS Power BI and or Power Automate tools a plus.
