Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

The Basics: Position:  - Machine OperatorLocation:- 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WIShift:   - Rotating 1st Shift; 2-2-3 Rotation 5:30AM - 5:30PM 

- Longer shifts = Less shifts each week! 

  SUNMONTUESWEDTHURSFRISATWEEK 1 XX  XXWEEK 2X  XX  Pay:- Starting rate: $21.00 per hour 

- Make up to $24.50 per hour through additional training!

 - FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
  • Accurately complete required production documentation.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
  • Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting.
  • This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.)

    • Basic computer skills are required.
    • Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. 
    • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist. 
    • Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

    • Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production. 
    • Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
    • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
