The Sales Associate II plays a keyrole in delivering a premium shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked,visually appealing shelves and providing knowledgeable, personalized service.This position supports the store's commitment to quality, cleanliness, andcustomer satisfaction.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality products
  • Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
  • Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store's upscale brand
  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locations
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on specialty, organic, and gourmet products and suggest pairings
  • Keep store clean, safe, and clutter-free
  • Ensure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeled
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and common spaces to maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic environment
  • Process shrink/waste through register systems
  • Use handheld devices to verify price accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli)
  • Assist other departments when needed
  • Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising efforts
