Responsibilities:

  • Install OEM and aftermarket vehicle accessories with precision and attention to detail
  • Learn and perform spray-in bed liner applications and undercoating services
  • Install running boards, brush guards, grille guards, trailer hitches, tonneau covers, truck toppers, mud flaps, and other bolt-on accessories
  • Install lighting upgrades, wheels, interior accessories, and other appearance or performance enhancements
  • Perform basic wiring and light electrical installations for accessory equipment when required
  • Read installation instructions and follow manufacturer specifications to ensure proper fit and function
  • Inspect completed installations to verify quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues while maintaining high workmanship standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding job status, materials needed, and any installation concerns
  • Assist with light vehicle maintenance or other shop duties as workload requires
  • Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive accessory installation experience preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work confidently with hand and power tools
  • Willingness to learn spray-in bed liners, undercoating, and a wide variety of aftermarket accessory installations
  • Experience with truck accessories, trailer hitches, lighting, or basic automotive electrical work is a plus
  • Ability to follow detailed installation instructions and manufacturer guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques
