Job description

Market of Choice Cedar Mill is now hiring for Produce Clerks to provide great customer service to our valued customers. This position starts at $19.0/hour - $21.00/hour depending on experience with growth opportunity up to $24.00/hour.

DUTIES
Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Our Produce Department offers the highest quality conventional and organic produce.
Produce staff must be self-motivated, able to embrace a team environment, and have effective communication skills.
As a Produce Clerk, you will assist customers in selection and recommendations of our delicious products.
You will also assist with day to day operations including, but not limited to:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining sanitation standards
  • Cleaning, trimming and packaging product
  • Cleaning shelves, stocking and properly rotating product in coolers
  • Maintaining accurate pricing and signage
  • Training and development of personnel as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience and open availability. You must be 18 years or older.
