The Purchaser is responsible for fulfilling demand requirements while ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of materials. DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Review and process purchase orders for accuracy, ensuring correct materials, pricing, and vendor selection
- Procure stocked and nonstock materials, track order status, and ensure timely delivery and completion
- Coordinate with Accounting, warehouse teams, and vendors to resolve order discrepancies and support smooth operations
- Support inventory management, including stock returns, cycle counts, and identifying new inventory requirements
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, supporting sales documentation, and participating in afterhours oncall rotation
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Degree or diploma in a related field considered an asset; prior oilfield supply experience preferred
