Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Procurement Operation & Support Analyst position based in Bedford, NH.


The Procurement Operations & Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic procurement initiatives across Lactalis' North American operations. This position is responsible for managing direct material contract pricing, serving as the subject matter expert for procurement systems, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of procurement processes.


Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Plant Scheduling & Replenishment, Master Data, Accounts Payable, and Project teams, the Procurement Operations & Support Analyst will help drive operational excellence, support business objectives, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This role reports to the Director, North American Procurement Excellence.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Act as the bridge/primary liaison between corporate procurement and plant materials replenishment.
  • Create and update contracts (Outline Agreements, Purchase Info Records and other associated SAP documents) in SAP.
  • Provide AP support and invoice/purchase order discrepancy resolution for zone purchasing team.
  • Update all item designations and changes.
  • Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining detailed data to maintain specifications for all raw material and packaging resources.
  • Assist Business Process Owner with project management of various purchasing initiatives.
  • Create and share best practices with other purchasing shared services specialists in the zone and with headquarters in France.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and compliance tools.
  • Provide other miscellaneous support for general purchasing functions.

  • Travel may be required occasionally.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply management, or procurement operations support.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP MM and procurement-related business processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
