Join our Supply Chain Operations team - manage inventory, procurement, logistics, and more - and help drive efficiency, cost savings, and seamless delivery of quality products. The Materials Control team manages raw and fabricated metals, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and accurate inventory. They handle daily metal cycles, issue and receive materials, cut for orders, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.

The role of the Materials Control Confirmer is to fulfill internal & external orders quickly, maintain an accurate inventory, and be an essential part of the company's goal of providing the optimal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut material to length using required tools to fill pre-cut inventory weekly and customer orders daily
  • Perform daily inventory counts for accuracy by counting and weighing material
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work

Basic Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read measurements on a ruler, tape measure, digital caliper, and scale
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
  • Team oriented
  • Must be able to stand for the entire work shift
