Job description

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to ensure efficient, reliable, and standardized procurement execution across all sites, supporting production continuity and customer commitments.


The role plays a key part in driving supplier performance and operational excellence, while ensuring strict alignment with sourcing strategies, contracts, and global procurement processes.


Acting as a key interface between suppliers and operations, you will manage end-to-end execution from purchase order to delivery, with a strong focus on:

  • MRP execution
  • inventory control
  • on-time delivery
  • shortage mitigation

You will also contribute actively to S&OP, ensuring procurement execution is fully aligned with demand and supply plans.

Key responsibilities


Procurement Operations

  • Manage and standardize procurement execution across sites (POs, confirmations, expediting)
  • Ensure alignment with MRP signals and planning priorities
  • Act as a coordination point across sites

MRP Execution & Inventory Control

  • Ensure effective execution of MRP signals (requisitions, rescheduling, cancellations)
  • Control inventory levels (safety stock, excess & obsolete, turns)
  • Work closely with Planning to balance service level and constraints
  • Contribute to parameter optimization (lead time, MOQ, stock)

Supplier Order Management & Delivery Performance

  • Drive supplier on-time delivery (OTD) performance
  • Manage confirmations, backlog, and late orders
  • Escalate critical topics with sourcing teams
