We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to work on site in our Louisville, KY office.
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support by applying established processes, systems, and standards. This role manages day-to-day tasks with accuracy and efficiency, proactively collaborates with team members to resolve issues, and serves as a reliable point of contact for escalated questions. By demonstrating strong technical proficiency, effective communication, and a client-focused mindset, the Procurement Specialist contributes to the team's success while developing knowledge and skills for continued growth.
As Procurement Specialist, you will:
  • Independent management of procurement operations, including hardware/software resell, inventory, licensing, and compliance across multiple platforms (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.).

  • Management of PSA tool, handling procurement tasks (creating quotes, placing orders, updating service tickets), and keeping accurate records.

  • Lead weekly sales meetings, collaborates cross-functionally with sales, finance, and accounting, and serves as a key liaison for procurement process improvements.

  • Collaborate with team members to manage workflow, resolve issues, and maintain consistency in service delivery.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork by modeling accountability, collaboration, and effective communication in daily interactions.

  • Assist in knowledge sharing by supporting team learning, sharing best practices, and maintaining technical standards and documentation.

  • Managing hardware and software sales, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with other departments to support sales and revenue reporting.

  • Pull reports and analyze data as needed, disseminate reports to relevant parties.

  • Support the execution of firm service line offerings by completing assigned deliverables accurately and on time, while following established procedures and quality standards.

  • Assist with onboarding by helping orient new team members to processes, tools, and resources.

  • Carry out general on-site tasks such as operational support, breakroom and kitchen duties, visitors and staff assistance, front desk support, and mail and supply management.

What you bring to the role:
  • Strong working knowledge in various software platforms including ConnectWise or similar PSA tool, MS Office 365. Familiarity with Power BI or similar platforms preferred but not required.
