Head of Procurement & Supply Chain

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies while delivering measurable business impact. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, optimizing supplier performance, and enabling operational excellence across a complex, international environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations within your area, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate strategy
  • Drive value creation through cost optimization, supplier management, logistics efficiency, and working capital improvement
  • Implement category, sourcing, and logistics strategies across both direct and indirect spend
  • Balance global and local priorities, resolving capacity constraints and enabling resource optimization across locations
  • Own performance outcomes, including cost, delivery, quality, and KPI achievement
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, project management, finance, HR, and other divisions to drive business results
  • Champion transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and ERP optimization
  • Lead supplier strategy, including negotiations, contract management, pricing, and performance evaluation
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, tools, and organizational capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate standards, and QHSE requirements
  • Act as a key executive interface, influencing stakeholders and representing procurement at the highest levels

Your Profile / Qualifications

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $175,000 - $200,000 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.  You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
