What You'll DoAs the Project Manager, you will lead multiple capital projects from planning through execution and close-out while working closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Review engineering designs to ensure compliance with project objectives, site standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and resource requirements.
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities, including vendor evaluations and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct project close-outs and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within mining, heavy industrial, construction, or other industrial environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is an asset.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
