We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in business operations, process optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration. As a Procurement Intern, you will support day-to-day activities, help streamline processes, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and productivity.


This is a part-time internship flexible around your class schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new vendors and guiding them through the RealPage Vendor Credentialing process.
  • Monitor and manage vendor recommendation change notices from RealPage, identifying vendors that may be non-compliant or require immediate attention.
  • Track vendor insurance expiration dates and proactively communicate with vendors prior to renewal deadlines to prevent coverage lapses and payment processing delays.
  • Utilize vendor credentialing reports and analytics to monitor enrollment progress and support compliance initiatives.
  • Manage Amazon Business user accounts, including adding and removing users, and assist with account administration and reporting.
  • Support procurement-related projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure vendor information is current and compliant with company requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Professional business etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors via email and phone.
