Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist Supply Chain with supplier set up, research, outreach, supplier assessments, competitive sourcing, reviewing purchase requests.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of ongoing business needs.
  • Fleet administration including employee onboarding, vehicle inventory management and other fleet related tasks.
  • Develop meaningful data analytics for presentations and to support negotiations.
  • Coordination with suppliers and data transfer.
  • Support implementation of digitized platforms, including the launch of any new supplier site portals and the development of internal support tools.
  • Seek opportunities to drive savings to and efficiencies for the business and implement new processes or suppliers as needed.
  • Focus on change management strategies to further support colleagues, internal customers, and external partners as our business overall adapt to change.
  • Research markets to assist in strategy development and development of market expertise.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Competencies
  • Must have recently graduated from a relevant University degree program - supply chain, logistics, business administration, etc
  • Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Flexibility to take on additional work, as required.
  • Ability to speak French will be considered an asset.
