Job description

We're looking for a PeopleSoft Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise financial systems. In this role, you'll serve as the functional expert for PeopleSoft Financials, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements. You'll help improve financial operations by supporting modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing, and eProcurement, while participating in system upgrades, testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of functional experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials or another enterprise ERP system
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Financial Reporting, or Accounting processes
  • Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, and supporting system implementations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.x, including Query, Security, Approval Framework, nVision, PUM Selective Adoption, and implementations/upgrades
  • Airline industry experience
  • CPA, CCBA, or CBAP certification
