Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Contracts Manager to support the drafting, negotiation, and administration of commercial real estate and related procurement vendor agreements. This role is a core contributor within our global real estate, construction and & asset procurement function with a dotted line to the Legal department. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.

This position is ideal for a candidate with strong contract management skills who is comfortable operating within established frameworks and collaborating across functions to support a global real estate portfolio.

Job Location: Bellevue, WA (on-site) or Federal Way, WA (on-site)

Qualifications
  • Draft, review, and redline commercial real estate and related vendor procurement agreements, including lease amendments, renewals, and extensions
  • Manage assigned contracts through the full lifecycle-from initiation through execution and documentation
  • Negotiate standard and moderately complex contract terms within defined company guidelines
  • Identify non-standard provisions and coordinate with Legal or senior team members as needed
  • Track key contract obligations and critical dates (e.g., renewals, expirations, notices)
  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with internal processes and systems
  • Partner with Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to support transaction execution
  • Contribute to the improvement of templates, workflows, and contract management processes
  • Support fixed asset and construction procurement contracts including furniture, racking and construction contractors
Additional Information

Expected base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
