Under limited supervision, provides effective leadership, direction, and management of Facilities Procurement with responsibility for the procurement of professional and construction services. Supervises the construction procurement staff. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of procurement of construction-related services.
  • Experience related to professional services contracts/administration, and NIGP-CPP, CPPO, or CPPB certifications is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of State and University policy and procedures.
  • Familiarization with SC Consolidated Procurement Code and an interest in construction procurement.
