Job description

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management (35%) โ€“ Implement stocking models, review and adjust stocking models, support inventory risk identification, maintain purchasing master data, and coordinate with planning and procurement leadership.
  • Procurement (30%) โ€“ Execute MRP action messages, create and manage purchase orders, track orders and inbound logistics, resolve supplier issues, and maintain cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Supplier Relationship Management (10%) โ€“ Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships, capture delivery and quality issues, collect supplier performance data, and promote ethical sourcing practices and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaboration (25%) โ€“ Partner with Demand Planning on forecast signals, coordinate with Operations, Warehousing/Logistics, and Finance, and provide clear, timely status updates for crossโ€‘functional decision making.
Qualifications
  • Associateโ€™s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven 3+ yearsโ€™ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
