JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, front of house, banquets, and catering
  • Lead, supervise, train, coach, and develop Food & Beverage staff, supervisors, managers, and captains
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train employees
  • Direct daily staffing, scheduling, assignments, priorities, and operational coverage
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage quality, presentation, and service
  • Oversee Executive Chef and kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage restaurant, banquet, and catering operations and execution
  • Oversee banquet and catering planning, staffing, and event operations
  • Develop, review, and approve restaurant, banquet, and catering menus and pricing
  • Develop liquor and wine selection, pricing, and procurement strategies
  • Manage inventory, ordering, purchasing, and product procurement
  • Monitor Food & Beverage budgets, revenues, expenses, labor, payroll, and inventory costs
  • Drive profitability and cost-control initiatives across all Food & Beverage operations
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies, goals, and operational plans
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, brand programs, menus, and strategic partner requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, hygiene, and food-handling standards
  • Partner with Sales and Director of Sales on F&B minimums, selling guidelines, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate food products, service standards, employee performance, and operational execution
  • Maintain a positive, engaged, and collaborative team environment
  • Address employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Support ongoing maintenance and capital planning for Food & Beverage physical assets
  • Provide hands-on operational support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of High School education
  • Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
