Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do as a Procurement Data Entry Coordinator:
  • Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Enter purchasing information into the ERP system and maintain accurate records
  • Verify pricing, quantities, part numbers, and vendor information before processing orders
  • Monitor purchase order acknowledgements and assist with tracking order status
  • Maintain vendor records and organize procurement documentation
  • Coordinate with Receiving, Accounting, Inventory, and other departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Generate purchasing reports and assist with data collection for department metrics

What You Need to Bring to the Procurement Data Entry Coordinator Role:
