This opportunity is ideal for an up-and-coming project management professional with commercial glazing experience who is looking to grow their career with Canada's leading building envelope contractor.

A Day in the Life
  • Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
  • Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and labor targets
  • Coordinate manpower, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Identify project risks and negotiate practical solutions
  • Manage project documentation and change orders
  • Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and operations staff
  • Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Estimator, or Project Manager in commercial construction

  • Experience working directly with customers and project stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Education in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field considered an asset
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
