Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a growing Procurement team in a high-impact role created through internal advancement. As the Senior Procurement Manager for Glass Packaging, you'll lead sourcing strategy for a critical category, driving cost savings, supplier performance, and supply continuity across multiple manufacturing sites. This role offers strong visibility across manufacturing, marketing, and finance while influencing key business decisions and long-term supplier partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for glass packaging to optimize cost, quality, and supply
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Partner with manufacturing, marketing, and finance to support production, new product launches, and cost planning
  • Analyze market trends, supply/demand, and pricing to inform procurement decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including value engineering, inventory optimization, and supplier collaboration
Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
  • Strong analytical, financial, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Hybrid work schedule from Louisville, KY or Carrollton, TX
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:
