  • Reduce order-to-ship latency and increase inventory accuracy by establishing clear system performance metrics and monitoring automated workflows

  • Leverage generative AI and machine learning tools to streamline requirement drafting, synthesize operational data, and predict inventory bottlenecks

  • Translate complex requirements from Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering into prioritized product backlogs and high-quality user stories

  • Oversee functional design and data integration between supply chain platforms, BSS/OSS enterprise systems, and external OEM partners

  • Guide junior product team members in user acceptance testing protocols and backlog refinement standards to elevate overall team output

Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What You'll Bring)
  • Critical experience leading multi-year supply chain digital transformations across procurement, warehouse automation, and logistics

  • Deep functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory architecture

  • AI Application skills to integrate automated data interpretation and predictive modeling into product planning and operational workflows

  • Proven ability to map physical operational processes into streamlined digital workflows while resolving system performance bottlenecks

  • Advanced executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with a track record of presenting technical roadmaps to non-technical business leaders

Additional Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product management certification

  • Familiarity with the mobile device lifecycle, including OEM procurement, SIM provisioning, and IMEI tracking

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with 4+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics technology environments

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 4 years of experience with:
