Description

Colossal Contracting, LLC is looking for a Customer Service & Procurement Analyst to work out of our Annapolis, MD HQ. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking to take their first steps towards a long-term career. This individual will interact with customers on a consistent basis while functioning in a support role for multiple departments within the company including Project Management, Sales, Federal Programs and ARAP.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to clients to perform quality assurance checks.
  • Work with sales and PMO with tracking of shipments/deliveries.
  • Assist ARAP with invoicing when needed.
  • Assist PMO with managing proper documentation.
  • Work with sales and PMO to complete Sales to PMO checklist.
  • Create schedules for projects.
  • Assist in RMA's process as needed.
  • Assist PMO in maintaining POP dates and helping projects stay on schedule.
  • Obtain technical certifications as needed.
  • Fulfill office and operational duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 year of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in a business or technical disciple is preferred.
  • Ability to creatively solve challenging problems
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communicator that can work without direct supervision or detailed direction.

Travel is not required for this position.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position and will require reporting to our Annapolis HQ. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
