Procore Specialist Integrator
BLVD Electric Inc. - Woodland Hills, CA
About the Role
BLVD Electric Inc. is looking for a talented Procore Specialist / Integrator to lead a full setup and optimization of our Procore platform. This is an opportunity to play a key role in streamlining our construction management processes - migrating our jobs and contacts into Procore, connecting it with our other business systems, and training our team to use it well.
Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Procore across all company projects
  • Migrate existing job and contact information into Procore
  • Integrate Procore with QuickBooks, Clearstory, and other third-party or ERP systems
  • Set up user permissions and grant access across the team
  • Develop project templates, custom workflows, and reporting dashboards within Procore
  • Optimize document control, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling processes
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across all projects
  • Train and support project managers, field teams, and administrative staff on Procore workflows, including a full walkthrough of the completed setup
  • Monitor Procore updates and new features, recommending adoption strategies to leadership

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Procore Administrator, Specialist, or Integrator in a construction environment
  • Experience with API integrations, third-party software connections, and data migration
  • Procore Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction project management workflows; electrical contracting experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously
