Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to assist First Commerce in fulfilling our Vision Empowering Generations, Transforming Communities. This is achieved through delivering Remarkable Member Service as defined by our Service Standards as well as building and maintaining strong member relationships through identification of member's financial needs and effectively recommending appropriate products and services to meet those needs.The RPA Analyst I creates and maintains automated solutions, along with program documentation and maintain complex business automation processes. They would support the facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units and lead the adoption/implementation activities associated with RPA solutions within First Commerce. They will work with cross-functional teams and business units to understand, challenge, and provide thought leadership on strategy to achieve First Commerce objectives through business and technology transformation. What You'll Be DoingPartner with the business process owner(s) and subject matter expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users.Works with RPA team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other automation projects.Work with business units to perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes.Coordinate with the business units and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements.Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture, and document current state manual processes.Identify and document best practices for ongoing RPA adoption.Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements.Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes.Deliver key business analysis artifacts, using best practices and tools, for the design, solution, and execution of medium and large projects.Document and diagram the existing environment and dataflows.Gather non-functional requirements such as security, capacity performance, and availability.Act as a liaison between business units and technical resources.Define configuration specifications and business rule requirements.Help design, document, and maintain system processes.Creating business case and ROI to be submitted for review and approvals.Escalates issues, as needed, to third party vendors for resolution, along with providing timely updates to team members. Cross-trains and develops documentation for others to perform job duties when needed.Remains competent and current through attending professional development courses and attending training and/or courses as needed or assigned. Other Responsibilities: Performs job duties in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors under the rules and regulations set by the National Credit Union Administration, the State of Florida, and any applicable State laws for financial centers located in other States.Complies with Reg E, BSA, OFAC, and CIP requirements such as reporting suspicious or unusual activity to manager.Fully supports in actions and words First Commerce's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Service Standards.What You Bring to the TableMinimum of a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or technical school; a high school diploma with equivalent experience may be substituted.A minimum of 3+ years' experience either in the financial services industry or in the programming capacity for a data processing department or a computer service company.Experience working with automation software (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath).Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI and Visio or other software. Ability to evaluate and recommend for purchase new and changing computer systems and technologies.Written and verbal skills sufficient to present moderately complex ideas.
