Job description

We are seeking experienced Log Processor Operators for our Drayton Valley/Edson area operations. Operators must have experience with Sure Grip controls. This is a 10+ month/year contract and operators must be capable of working a 12 hour shift (days or nights) at remote camp locations.

- Mechanic on site

- Camp job with single room accommodation and meals provided, also on site laundry

- Benefits provided after 3 months

- Bonus & quality program in effect when achieved

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments

- Must be able to meet or exceed ongoing production requirements

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including those related to heavy equipment operations and forestry work

- Preform daily maintenance and inspections on machine
