PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile cash and check donations using internal processes and procedures
- Prepare manual bank deposits as needed
- Resolve processing discrepancies
- Generate financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing donation revenue
- Maintain financial security by following internal accounting controls.
- Perform duties and responsibilities using computerized software programs (Excel, Word, Check 21, SalesForce and Remote Deposit Capture)
- Research and resolve processing discrepancies
- Maintain and update procedural manual and checklists as needed

- Organize and maintain retention files for the required period(s)
