Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Lockbox – Mail Support Specialist in Westmont, IL!

Pay rate: $16.80/hr

Shift availability: Various shifts (3rd shift and weekend shifts)

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Operate and perform all related duties on the high-speed sorter equipment

  • Operate and perform all related duties on the Opex Matrix

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment

  • Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment

  • Perform all duties in the incoming mail prep area

  • Meet and maintain production standards as set by the assigned department

  • Assist with training of new employees

  • Review, sort, and audit materials as needed

  • Communicate equipment issues, as occurring, to management team

  • Complete all assigned paperwork and report on equipment’s productivity

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements:

  • Lockbox experience required

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to lift or move up to 25lbs frequently

  • Banking operations experience preferred

This role is onsite, thus, open to candidates near/in/around Westmont, IL


Pay Details: $16.80 per hour
