Salary: 6000 - 8000 EUR/month gross (before tax) the range is flexible for the right candidate.

Location: Helsinki, Finland (remote within the EU)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

Minimum 6-month contract with possibility of extension. Ability to start ASAP.

What you'll be doing

You will help define and develop the information architecture for finance-related data, reporting, and KPI use cases. Working closely with business and data teams, you will design consistent business concepts, information models, and data structures that support enterprise reporting and decision-making. You will also contribute to data governance initiatives, reusable data products, and AI-ready data foundations while ensuring alignment between business requirements and modern data platform capabilities.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Design and maintain information models, business concepts, and data structures for finance and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and global functions to align information and reporting requirements.
  • Support data governance, business glossary development, and information architecture best practices.
  • Enable reusable and well-governed data assets within modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
You’ll be successful if you have
  • Strong experience as an Information Architect, Data Architect, or a similar role in business-driven data initiatives.
  • Experience working with finance data, management reporting, KPI frameworks, or enterprise performance management.
  • Knowledge of information modelling, data governance, business glossary management, and conceptual/logical data modelling.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and technologies such as Azure, Snowflake, and dbt, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
