Scope:

The person will be responsible for processing returns on a daily basis and must be familiar with basic data entry skills in Microsoft Excel. This is a fast-paced team looking for a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail when reviewing and entering product information.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process refused orders daily
  • Process daily product returns on the RMA log, including tracking numbers, quantities, and other required details
  • Process customer returns, including main or defective goods
  • Inspect all returned products to determine whether they are in sellable condition or defective
  • Clean, sort, pack, and label all processed returned goods
  • Prepare all returned products for stock put-away and/or vendor return, if applicable
  • Escalate all RMA issues directly to the Lead Hand
  • Assist other departments as required, based on departmental workload
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous return-processing experience is an asset
  • Basic data entry skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail in product review and processing
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for flexible hours during the busy season
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required
