We're currently looking for a Loan Processor to join our Cokato branch. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented, organized professional, who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and accurate lending experience!

What You'll Do

As a Loan Processor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Lending department with a variety of loan types, but primarily consumer, commercial and agriculture. In this role you will:

  • Provide end-to-end loan processing support, which includes underwriting assistance, ordering applicable services, and preparing accurate loan documentation.
  • Build and maintain loans within our core system, ensuring all data is complete and correct.
  • Prepare and perfect collateral liens to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with appropriate resources to assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing timely updates regarding loan status as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of loan closings and funding, ensure that all loan fees and invoices are processed.
  • Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
