Job description

PAY UP TO $22/HR, experience

DAILY PAY IS AVAILABLE!

The Order Puller (full case) locates, pulls, and stages customer materials for shipment based on daily pick tickets while maintaining an accurate accounting of internal transactions, placement, and movement of material.

Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) preventing incidents or injury to self or others

  • Pull, process and perform inspections of materials, supplies, tools, fixtures and parts

  • Responsible for shipping, pulling orders and completing required paperwork

  • Move materials within the warehouse and assist in other warehouse activities as directed by the Supervisor or Manager

  • Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from staging and processing areas

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of Warehouse experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills

Skills and Specifications:

  • Competent verbal and written communication skills

  • Competent addition and subtraction math skills

  • Competent literacy skills to read orders and labels without transposing part numbers

Physical Qualifications:

  • Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching

  • Walking and/or standing up to 10 hours per day, 6 days per week if applicable

  • Repetitive grasping and twisting with hands

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

  • Ability to occasionally climb stairs to retrieve stock items
