Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and proactive Shipping & Loading Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing shipping and loading processes, managing a team, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are passionate about operational efficiency and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of shipping and loading team members, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment. 
  • Manage daily shipping and loading operations, ensuring efficient workflow, proper scheduling, and adherence to safety protocols. 
  • Develop and communicate delivery schedules in collaboration with Sales and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. 
  • Coordinate loading activities by working closely with the Plant Manager to meet manufacturing timelines in a cost-effective manner. 
  • Address and resolve shipping issues or delays promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Â
