Description

The Plant Manager will oversee all manufacturing operations for an electronics contract manufacturing facility, leading Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Program Management, and Inventory teams. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining AS9100/ISO quality standards, managing staffing and capacity, ensuring on-time delivery, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while meeting revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of electronics assembly operations, and experience with ERP/MRP systems and quality management processes.
